Jerome Senaille is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in the artisan bakery sector and community service. Currently, Jerome serves as a member of the Commission territoriale de Lille at Chambre de Métiers et de l'Artisanat Hauts-de-France since January 2022. As the principal manager and president of PLAISIRS ET GOURMANDISES since March 2016, Jerome oversees a 100% artisanal bakery and pastry business. In addition, Jerome acts as a conseiller Prud'hommales at Conseil des Prud’hommes from January 2023 to September 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a team leader at CLUIZEL from March 2003 to March 2016 and a reservist in the operational reserve of the Ministère des Armées from April 2001 to October 2015, focused on community safety and national security. Jerome co-managed a floral art and plant sales shop, sarl nature et fleur, from June 2001 to July 2003, and holds a BEP CAP in agroalimentaire obtained from CFAIE Val de Reuil from 1994 to 1997.
