Spencer Tschida

Spencer Tschida PHRca® has had a diverse range of work experience. In 1998, they started as an Assistant Manager at Pottery Barn and worked there until 2005. Spencer then joined Apple Retail as a Store Manager from 2005 to 2013. In 2015, they worked briefly as a Junior Consultant at Accretive Solutions before moving on to the California Medical Association. At the California Medical Association, they first held the role of Program Coordinator from 2015 to 2017 and then became the Director of Human Resources in 2017. As the Director of Human Resources, they were responsible for planning, developing, and administering the organization's human resource function, providing guidance to line managers, managing employee relations issues, maintaining legal compliance, and conducting thorough investigations.

Spencer Tschida PHRca® has a diverse education history. Spencer attended Patten University from 2013 to 2016, where they pursued a degree in Management with a focus on Business Administration and Management. In 2011, they also completed a Certification program in Human Resources Management and Services at CSU Sacramento College of Continuing Education, which they attended for a year. Prior to their college education, they completed their high school education at Elk Grove High School from 1991 to 1995.

In addition to their educational achievements, Spencer Tschida PHRca® holds the Professional in Human Resources - California® (PHRca®) certification. Spencer obtained this certification from the HRCI institute in October 2022.
