Sherry Capano, SHRM-CP

Sherry Capano, SHRM-CP has over 40 years of experience in Human Resources. Sherry began their career at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1981, where they held multiple positions, including Benefits Administration Supervisor. In 2003, they transitioned to Human Resources Consultant at Unity Healthcare, LLC and then to Director of Human Resources and Compliance and Privacy Officer. In 2018, they joined ENT and Allergy Specialists as Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Generalist. In 2021, they were appointed Director of Human Resources at ENT and Allergy Specialists (ENTAS). In 2022, they will become the Director of Human Resources at HerMD.

Sherry Capano holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Boston College and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Miami University. Sherry also holds a SHRM-CP certification from SHRM, obtained in February 2021, and a PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, obtained in June 2007.
