Karen Guillaume has a diverse work experience starting in 2006 as an intern at Centive. Karen then worked at IBM Global Services as an Intercompany Accountant from 2007 to 2011, and then as a Financial Analyst from 2011 to 2012. Since 2012, they have been with CM&B, where they started as a Project Accountant, then became an Accounting Manager from 2015 to 2016, a Vice President of Accounting from 2016 to 2020, and currently holds the position of Senior Vice President/Accounting.

Karen Guillaume has a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Finance and Accounting from Bentley University. Karen attended the university from 2003 to 2007. Later, Karen pursued their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from Quinnipiac University - School of Business, completing it from 2009 to 2012.
