Melanie McKinnon

Melanie McKinnon is an experienced accounting professional and the founder of a grassroots charitable organization, It Starts With ME!, established in 1998 and incorporated in 2011. As the Accounting Manager at CM&B since May 2022, Melanie leverages extensive expertise gained from previous roles, including Lead Accountant and Client Accounting Team Leader at Cambridge Associates, where responsibilities included managing multiple international offices and overseeing consultant contracts. Additional experience includes positions as an Analyst at Tofias PC, Project Accountant at Cambridge Associates, and Staff Accountant at NiiS/APEX Group. Melanie holds an MBA in Accounting and a BS in Accounting and Economics, both from Salem State University.
