Eric Robbie serves as a partner and senior counsel at CMBG3 Law since October 2017, specializing in civil litigation, coverage analysis, and appellate practice, particularly in defense litigation related to asbestos/toxic torts, product liability, personal injury, and environmental claims across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and nationally. Prior to this role, Eric worked as a trial attorney in personal injury litigation from April 2013 to June 2017, successfully handling multiple trials to verdict. Earlier experience includes law clerk positions that provided extensive litigation support in high-volume insurance defense and criminal defense matters. Eric served as a legislative aide for the Massachusetts House of Representatives, overseeing legislation and budget coordination, and managed a political campaign prior to pursuing a legal career. Eric Robbie holds a Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
