Martin Ratka

Martin Ratka currently serves as the Team Lead Design Engineering at CMBlu Energy since March 2024. Prior experience includes a notable tenure at Siemens from October 2011 to March 2024, where Martin held various roles including Specialist for Plastic Part Development, Technical Project Manager and Development Engineer, and Subproject Management and Development Engineer, contributing to significant advancements such as the development of SF6-free load break switches resulting in cost savings and optimization. Martin also worked as a Development Engineer at Porsche AG from January 2008 to September 2011, focusing on engine peripheral systems, and as an R&D Intern at Porsche AG earlier in 2005. Additionally, Martin began a career at SAMSON GROUP from September 1999 to August 2003 as a Technical Product Designer specializing in control valves. Educational qualifications include a Dipl.-Ing. (FH) in Mechanical Engineering from Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2007.
