Ryan Reitsma

Ryan Reitsma is an experienced mechanical design professional with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Calvin University. Currently serving as the Mechanical Design Engineering Team Lead at Raven Industries since October 2022, Ryan previously held the position of Engineering Supervisor at Daktronics from October 2011 to September 2020, where significant contributions to manufacturing improvements and new product development were made. Ryan also has experience as an Engineering Manager at Adams Thermal Systems and as President at Affinity Solutions, Inc. since October 1999, showcasing a strong leadership background. In addition to engineering roles, Ryan has been the Director of the SW Minnesota Stars, a boys developmental basketball program for high school students, since May 2010. Previous engineering experience includes a role as Mechanical Engineer Team Leader at Extol Inc. from 1993 to 1999.
