Vito Bitetto

Vito Bitetto, Eng. is a Flight Deck Design and Human Factors Engineer at CMC Electronics since April 2022, focusing on avionic display design and user-centered processes. From January 2004 to March 2022, Vito was part of the Flight Deck Design / Human Factors Team at BOMBARDIER, where significant achievements included leading the certification of ergonomic systems for the Global 7500 program. Vito has also worked as a Cockpit Structural Designer and Systems Integrator, and served as a Class 4 Flight Instructor at Saint-Hubert Flying School. Earlier experience includes designing journal bearings at Pratt & Whitney. Educational credentials include a B. Eng in Mechanical Engineering from Concordia University and a Microprogramme in Ergonomics from Polytechnique Montréal, alongside a Class 1 Commercial Pilot Licence from Saint Hubert Flying School.
