Rachelle Dehoratius

Rachelle DeHoratius has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various HR roles. Their most recent position was as the Senior Director of Human Resources at CMC Energy Services. Prior to that, they served as a Director at the same company. Before joining CMC Energy Services, they worked as a Consultant at MHD Consulting, where they provided guidance and support to clients in areas such as assessments, analysis, and HR. Rachelle also served as the Vice President of Human Resources at TruMark Financial Credit Union. Additionally, Rachelle has experience in global HR roles, having worked as a Global Human Resources Business Partner at Mars Wrigley Confectionery, Inc. and as a Global People & Organization Manager at Mars Fishcare. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated leadership abilities and has managed teams and budgets effectively.

Rachelle DeHoratius holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing & Human Resources from the Fox School of Business at Temple University. In terms of additional certifications, they are a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from the Co-Active Training Institute, a Predictive Index coach from The Predictive Index, and has completed Coaching for Human Resource Professional from the Center for Creative Leadership. Additionally, they are currently pursuing Co-Active Coaching Training and Certification from The Coaches Training Institute® and holds a certification in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) from Myers-Briggs Instructor. Rachelle has also obtained a Professional Human Resource Certification from Villanova University and a Training & Development Certification from Bucks County Community College. Rachelle is a member of SHRM and is working towards obtaining a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
