Mark Dalrymple-Smith

Mark Dalrymple-Smith is an experienced leader in project, programme, and portfolio management with over three decades of expertise in both public and private sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Project, Programme and Portfolio Management at CMC Partnership Consultancy Ltd since September 2021, Mark previously held several senior roles at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, including Senior Program Manager and Chief Information Security Officer. Mark has led significant organisational change programmes that integrated the security functions of multiple departments, achieving substantial efficiencies and securing strategic investments. Additionally, Mark has transformed information security capabilities within the Department, managed extensive technology portfolios, and provided consultancy support to government clients at Detica Consulting Group Limited. Mark holds a MA(Hons) in Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
