CMC Properties began in the mid-1960's, in the apartment development business. While CMC's roots are in residential development, in time we began building a unique office product which users have dubbed "The Perfect Small Office." From day one, the company recognized that to provide the best services we need to have an energetic, appreciated, and well-trained work force. Today CMC develops, owns and operates residential, retail and commercial property throughout Greater Cincinnati and the Midwest. Our portfolio includes everything from affordable and student housing to luxury high-rise and from neighborhood shopping centers to bulk warehouse facilities.
