IT Service Delivery Regional Lead – Tensar Division at CMC

Chuck Alexander has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Chuck is currently serving as the IT Service Delivery Regional Lead for the Tensar Division at CMC, a position they have held since November 2023. Before that, they worked at Tensar, a division of CMC, where they held the position of Network Manager from July 2017 to November 2023 and Technical Support Specialist from November 2010 to July 2017.

During their career, Chuck also served as the President of INFORMATION COMMUNICATIONS AND RESIDENTIAL UNIFIED SERVICES INC from September 2009 to November 2010, where they provided free estimates for residential and commercial roofs, siding, gutters, windows, and insulation. Chuck has also gained experience at NewHome Warranty Management as an IT Manager/Service Manager, at Donny Brook Homes as a Builder/Field Technical Support, and at Forrest Homes as a Builder.

Furthermore, Chuck worked as a Network Engineer at ITC^Deltacom from January 2000 to January 2001 and as a Textile Analyst/Assistant LAN Administrator at U.S. Customs Laboratory from January 1997 to January 1999. In these positions, they gained expertise in network engineering, technical support, and laboratory analysis, among other responsibilities.

Chuck Alexander attended the Georgia Institute of Technology from 1989 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Textiles. Chuck also completed a B.S. in Textiles from the College of Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology in 1996.
