Laurie Rasbery Hilburn is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in managing human resources across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of HR Shared Services at Commercial Metals Company since April 2021, Laurie oversees multiple teams including Employee Services and HR Systems. Previous roles include Director of HR for the Southeast Region at Commercial Metals and Vice President of Field HR at Ventura Foods, responsible for operations across 15 manufacturing sites in the US and Canada.
