Sue Hunsberger

Sue Hunsberger, PHR, serves as the Senior Human Resources Manager at CMC, overseeing HR functions across two steel mills in West Virginia and New Jersey since March 2021. Previous roles include Area Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager in the steel and recycling sectors in Florida and Jacksonville. With experience as an Independent Contractor at Tucson Electric Power, Sue managed labor and employee relations for a coal-fired power plant and led a team supporting approximately 400 employees. Prior to that, Sue held multiple HR management positions at Republic Services, overseeing a workforce of over 2,000 employees across various sites, and has also worked as an HR Generalist at Caesars Entertainment Corporation. Earlier in the career, Sue held HR managerial roles in manufacturing at Ohio Gasket & Shim and National Machine Company and began as an HR Administrator at The Anderson-DuBose Company. Sue earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Baldwin Wallace University.
