Wendy McBay

Wendy McBay is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in various senior leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Marketing for the Emerging Businesses Group at CMC since January 2025, McBay previously held the position of Vice President of Global Marketing and Vice President of Marketing for the Americas at Tensar, a CMC division, from March 2017 to January 2025. Before that, McBay was the Head of North American Marketing at Bekaert and Senior Director of Marketing at CMD Group LLC, where strategic marketing initiatives were developed to drive growth and profitability. Additional experience includes consulting for 4th Strand LLC, leadership in social media marketing at Acuity Brands Lighting, and multiple managerial roles focusing on marketing research, customer satisfaction, and manufacturing efficiency. McBay holds an MBA in Marketing and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Auburn University.
