Donna Marshall

Donna Marshall, M.A., RP, is the Chief Executive Officer of Workright Ltd since January 2004 and a business partner at Workright E-Learning since 2011. Additionally, Donna has worked as a registered psychotherapist at Forest Hill Centre and serves as a faculty member for the Ontario Psychological Association's Workplace Mental Health Certificate Program, contributing to curriculum development along with Dr. Stephanie Bot. As co-author of the HEART Program, Donna focuses on harassment and human rights education. At Humber College, Donna delivers leadership training for internationally trained executives and develops communication skills programs. As a faculty member at the Canadian Management Centre, Donna specializes in various professional development courses and has extensive experience as a facilitator and speaker, providing training globally while holding a Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology and being a registered psychotherapist.
