Frank Byrnes

Frank Byrnes is an accomplished leader in the fields of consulting, training, and facilitation, with extensive experience dating back to 1974. As the founder and president of Human Potential Consultants Inc. since 1989, Frank leads a team focused on providing business solutions related to leadership, change management, teamwork, communication, and soft skills. Frank's expertise is further demonstrated through ongoing roles as a facilitator, trainer, and coach with Vantage Partners and Primeast, where the focus is on negotiation, collaboration, and leadership development. Additionally, Frank contributes to the American Management Association and the Canadian Management Centre as a designer and trainer, serving a diverse range of organizations. Previous experience includes roles at Public Safety Canada and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, where significant management and operational training was provided. Educational qualifications include a degree from Concordia University.
