Juan Novoa III

Juan Novoa III has a diverse work experience in IT. Juan started their career at CVS Caremark Corporation as a Senior Technical Associate in 2011. After two years, they moved on to The Claflin Company where they worked as an IT Solutions and Integrations Manager from 2013 to 2016. Currently, Juan is serving as the Director of IT at CME Corp.

Juan Novoa III earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences, General from Rhode Island College from 2019 to 2023. Prior to that, they attended Lincoln Tech from 2010 to 2011, where they studied Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. In addition to their degrees, Juan has obtained several certifications, including Community Edition All-Star from RangeForce in 2023, SAS SQL: Essentials and SAS Programming 1: Essentials from SAS in 2022, CompTIA Network+ in 2019, Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in 2018, Management Excellence Certificate from Bryant University in 2018, and various other certifications in cloud computing, project planning, and IT fundamentals.
