Helen Choi is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in IT strategy and digital transformation. Currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority since March 2025, Helen specializes in AI, Robotic Process Automation, and aligning IT strategies with business objectives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
