Victoria L.

Victoria L. began their work experience in 2010 at Monster Mini Golf as an Associate, where they worked until 2013. From 2011 to 2013, they also worked at EXPRESS as a Sales Associate. In 2013, they became a Purchasing Student Help at Community College of Rhode Island until 2014. Following that, they worked as a Purchasing Intern at Greystone of Lincoln from June to September 2014. From October 2014 to April 2015, they were a Salesperson at Sun In The City Tanning Salon. Victoria then worked as a Bank Teller at Citizens Bank from April 2015 to June 2017. Starting in June 2017, they joined CME Corp. as a Customer Service Representative, where they were responsible for order entry customer service, CRM and ERP system usage, script writing, training new hires, and database creation until January 2022. In January 2022, they transitioned to the role of Web Sales Lead at CME Corp., where they currently work. In addition to their main roles, they were also a Writer at Writing Elephant, a Contributing Writer at Savage Femme, and has contributed to various other writing positions throughout their work experience.

Victoria L. obtained a Master's of Fine Arts degree in Creative Writing from Salve Regina University in 2020. Before that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing-Fiction at Southern New Hampshire University from 2014 to 2018. Their earlier education includes general studies at the Community College of Rhode Island from 2010 to 2014. In terms of additional certifications, Victoria has obtained various LinkedIn certifications mainly focused on remote working, productivity, and customer service between 2020 and 2023.
