Gregory R. Valesi

Greg Valesi serves as a Partner with CME Associates and manages the firm's Howell, Pleasantville and Marlton, NJ regional offices. He specializes in overseeing the design and construction management for infrastructure projects that include parks and recreation, road reconstruction, water, wastewater, transportation, environmental and a variety of special projects serving municipalities, counties, state agencies, utility authorities, transportation authorities as well as private sector clients. He is responsible for providing municipal engineering services and consulting engineering services to various Counties and Municipalities. Mr. Valesi has successfully managed the implementation of the capital improvement plans for his client towns including the initial planning, budgeting, the securing of funding through grants, design, permitting, bidding and construction oversight. He provides representation of the firm at numerous governing body, Planning Board and Board of Adjustment meetings. In addition to his design experience he is in charge of business development, maintaining municipal government relations and advancing company growth into the central and southern regions of New Jersey.

Mr. Valesi's creative approach in design, permitting and problem solving has resulted in outstanding projects for the firm's clients including the Mercer County Indoor Tennis Center, the reconstruction of Memorial Park's multi-purpose field in Evesham Township which was the first project of its kind approved in the Pinelands, and the Delran Township Recreation Complex which includes a baseball field for special needs children funded through open space grants obtained from the County.

Mr. Valesi has been honored by the New Jersey Society of Municipal Engineers and the New Jersey Recreation and Park Association numerous times over the years for his design of outstanding projects including the restoration of Holiday Lake in Manalapan Township, the Reconstruction of the Milltown Borough Pool, the construction of a new aquatic center in Marlboro Township, and most recently the Management of the Borough Waterfront and the Reconstruction of Sullivan Field in the Borough of Carteret.

Mr. Valesi graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the National Society of Professional Engineers and the New Jersey Society of Municipal Engineers. He is a licensed New Jersey Professional Engineer, New Jersey Professional Planner, and a Certified Municipal Engineer.
