Chris Rieser is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in market data operations and client advocacy. Currently serving as Director and Head of Market Data Operations at CME Group since July 2017, Chris is responsible for engaging business teams in Agile Development processes to enhance market data offerings. Previously, Chris held several roles at CME Group, including Business Manager and Senior Program Manager for CME Data Services, where strategic planning and execution of division priorities were key responsibilities. Prior to this, Chris worked at Gallup, directing the company's first private client think tank, and at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP as a Legislative Assistant, successfully advocating for significant funding in healthcare initiatives. Chris holds a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Political Science from Iowa State University.
