Peter Jaeger

Peter Jaeger currently serves as Japan Country Head at CME Group, where responsibilities include driving sales and revenue growth as well as managing customer and regulatory relationships in Japan. Jaeger holds a Vice President and ExCo Member position at FIA Japan since January 2022 and has previously acted as a Strategic Advisor at GFO-X. His extensive experience includes serving on the Audit & Supervisory Board for JPX Derivatives & Commodities and roles as Senior Director at Medley Global Advisors. Additional notable positions include Managing Director at Citi and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, as well as various directorships at Tokyo Commodity Exchange. Jaeger’s educational background encompasses degrees in Japanese studies from Columbia University, Princeton University, and research studies at the Tokyo University of Foreign Studies.
