Ryan Allaer

Ryan Allaer has a diverse work experience, starting in 2002 as a Millwright Apprentice at Cynatime Inc. Ryan then worked as a Millwright Journeyman at Bartech Rigging and Machinery Movers from 2004 to 2008. In 2007, they became a Managing Partner at Serkka Inc., a role they held until 2016. In 2014, Ryan joined CMF Group Inc. as an Estimator/Project Manager, and later became the Manager and Director of Business Development in January 2022. Ryan continues to work in that role.
