Andrei Kochkarev

Andrei Kochkarev is a Change Lead at Change Management Group, currently implementing various projects in the Middle East, such as the Manufacturing Resource Planning system for food production sites and Supply Chain transformation for retail brands. Before that, Andrei was a Senior Manager at PwC, working on cost-saving potentials for international companies. Andrei also served as the Head of Business Consulting at Valuement, leading projects in loyalty improvement, supply chain optimization, sourcing process automation, and e-commerce operations enhancement. Andrei holds a Doctor of Economy (PhD) from the Russian Foreign Trade Academy and has advanced degrees in Business English from Royal Holloway, University of London and Harrow House International College.
