Kevin Clark

Kevin Clark has a diverse range of work experience in the field of project management and digital transformation. Kevin is currently working as the Principal - Practice Leader - Director at CMG Consulting LLC, where they serve as the ePMO Director for the City of Brownsville. Their role involves leading organizational change readiness, business process optimization, technology transformations, and enterprise PMO initiatives. Kevin is responsible for creating the CMG Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) framework and implementing fast cycle maturity programs for smart enterprise, business optimization, and digital transformation. Kevin is also experienced in leading product selection teams for ERP and EAM solutions in various industries.

Prior to their current role, Kevin served as the President and Owner of Fusion PMP Advisor LLC. Kevin specialized in enterprise PMO maturity, business process optimization, and digital transformations. Kevin had a focus on ERP, EAM, BI, SaaS, and mobile technologies.

Kevin has also held positions as an Associate Partner at DXC Consulting, a Project Director at Infor Consulting, a Practice Director at 21Tech LLC, a Senior Management Consultant at W&T Offshore, an IT Director at Valerus, a Director of Business Transformation and PMO Practice at Cohesive Solutions, and an IT Manager at STP Nuclear Operating Company.

Earlier in their career, Kevin worked at FedEx as a Leader and Executive Technical Business Advisor, as well as at Rockwell Collins as an SAP ERP Group Lead, Program Manager, and Controller. Overall, Kevin has a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering digital transformation initiatives and managing complex projects.

Kevin Clark earned a Masters Certificate in Quantitative Analysis - Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from Villanova University in 2006-2007. Kevin also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting and MIS from The Ohio State University. Kevin obtained a Bachelors of Business Administration Equivalent in DAWIA Level III Program Management from Defense Acquisition University. In terms of certifications, Kevin obtained an MS Project Orange Belt from the International Institute for Learning in April 2017, along with Conflict Management and Project Risk Management certifications from the same institution in March 2017. Kevin also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification from Villanova University in March 2007, a FAC/DAWIA - III Program Planning & Control certification from Defense Acquisition University in April 1998, and a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2004.
