Gordana Jerkovic is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service development and project management, currently serving as the Service Development Director at CMG since March 2008. In this role, Jerkovic oversees strategic planning and implementation of new services while conducting regular quality checks through various analyses. Previously, Jerkovic held several leadership positions at CMG, including Service and Innovations Director, where responsibilities included leading a team for service development and scaling, and Mobile Production Group Head, focusing on managing mobile and web development projects. Early career experience includes serving as a System Analyst at QiQo d.o.o., performing client requirement analyses and GAP analyses. Jerkovic holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications and Informatics from FER, completed in 2002.
