Frederick Coen, PMP, CSM, CAL, is an accomplished leader in product development and program management with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Product Development and Program Management at CMG Financial, Frederick is focused on establishing a new Servicing division. Previous roles include Vice President at Sagent, where Frederick launched a profitable Vendor Management program, and Senior Technical Program Manager at Flagstar Bank, managing multiple high-budget IT projects. With a background in Agile methodologies at Tyler Technologies and significant program management experience at HP Enterprise Services and Electronic Data Systems, Frederick has a proven track record of achieving high returns on investment and enhancing operational efficiency. Frederick holds a B.S.E. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan.
