Henley Smiley

Henley Smiley is a Marketing Strategist at CMG Financial since July 2023, with a strong background in leadership and program development from positions held at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Ada County from January 2018 to July 2023, including Director of Donor Services and Program Director. Previous experience includes serving as Student Manager at the University of Idaho, where Henley managed staff training and conflict resolution, and leadership roles in Delta Gamma, overseeing recruitment and public relations events. Henley also has experience in youth engagement, having been the Youth of the Year for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Magic Valley and completing field research in Europe while studying Advertising at the University of Idaho.
