Kitt Holland

Kitt Holland is an experienced technology executive currently serving as EVP of Technology at CMG Financial since August 2025, focusing on innovative mortgage technology solutions. Prior to this role, Kitt held the position of SVP, Operations at CI&T from November 2022 to August 2025, managing P&L oversight and strategic growth for North American operations. Kitt was the Chief Operations Officer of NTERSOL from April 2019 to November 2022, where responsibilities included scaling technology consultancy operations leading to a successful acquisition by CI&T. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Development Operations at loanDepot, where Kitt drove digital transformation initiatives, along with positions as Sr. DevOps Engineer at LOANZ, Inc., Sr. Operational Engineer at CSG International, and IT Systems Administrator at Paylocity. Kitt's foundational experience in IT began as a Senior IT Consultant at The Computer Guy and as a Support Specialist at WellCare.
