Tim Parent

Tim Parent serves as the VP of Collateral Risk and Project Standards at CMG Financial, starting in September 2023, where responsibilities include oversight of the Project Standards department and support for Collateral teams. Previously, Tim held the position of Vice President of Project Standards at Guaranteed Rate from May 2018 to September 2023, managing teams and policies for various affiliated companies. Prior roles include VP of Project Standards at CMG Financial, Condo/Co-op Project Department Manager at The Federal Savings Bank, and Regional Manager of Project Review at Guaranteed Rate. Tim's career began as a Quality Control and Compliance Analyst at Perl Mortgage. Tim holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts, majoring in Economics and Mathematics, from Adrian College (2006-2010) and graduated from Northville High (2002-2006).
