Bill Elton

Bill Elton has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the mortgage and finance industry. Bill started their career in 2001 at GMAC Mortgage, where they worked as a Loan Processor, Closer, Funder, and Post Closer. At PHH Mortgage, they held multiple roles, including Loan Processor, Loan Processing Supervisor, Assistant Loan Processing Supervisor, and Project Lead. Bill then joined Freedom Mortgage as a Senior Project Manager before moving on to Radian as a Senior Business Analyst. Bill's most recent position was at Freedom Mortgage, where they served as the Director of Centralized Operations. Currently, they work at CMI Media Group as the Associate Director of Business Process, responsible for identifying areas for process improvement and implementing solutions across teams and departments.

Bill Elton attended Western International University from 2004 to 2006, where they earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Bill then pursued further education at the University of Phoenix from 2014 to 2016, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Project Management. In 2015, they also achieved a certification in Project Management from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, Bill obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma's Yellow Belt in 2014 and was admitted to the Delta Mu Delta Honor Society in Business in April 2016. In 2023, they completed several online certifications from LinkedIn, including "How to Be More Strategic in Six Steps," "How to Think Strategically," and "Leading with Empathy."
