Shaina Gaynor

Shaina Gaynor, PHR has a diverse work experience primarily in the field of human resources. Shaina started their career in 2007 as an intern in premium seating at Philadelphia Flyers & 76ers - Wachovia Center. In 2008, they joined CMI Media/ Compas, Inc. as a Human Resources Administrator, where they worked until 2014. From 2014 onwards, they have been associated with CMI Media Group, initially working as a Human Resources Generalist and then progressing to the roles of Manager, Director, and currently Vice President of People & Culture.

Shaina Gaynor, PHR, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from Stockton University. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in March 2019.
