Gavin de Steur

Gavin de Steur is the current CEO and Managing Director of CMI Safe Company. Prior to this role, Gavin held positions such as Board Member and Managing Director at Mutual Safe Group, Board Member at Mutual Austen Safe and Security cc T/A Corporate Banking Solutions, and Board Member at ASGLO Logistics. Gavin also has experience as a strategic advisor, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Customer Officer, and Head of Customer Success at TradeWindow, as well as Senior Customer Success Manager and Enterprise Customer Success Manager at UneeQ. Gavin began his career as CEO and co-founder of Agic Technologies, which was later acquired by Fidelity Security Group, where he served as Executive and Divisional CEO. Gavin also has a background in Product Management and Sales as a Product Manager and Electronic Engineer at Telkom. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Pretoria and completed a Management development programme in Sales and Marketing at GIBS Business School.
