James Sinclair

James Sinclair serves as a Board Member at Museu da Imagem e do Som de São Paulo since March 2024 and has been the Managing Director and CEO for Brazil at Lincoln International since July 2012, specializing in independent mid-market M&A and debt advisory. Sinclair has held various leadership roles within the Museu da Imagem e do Som/Paço das Artes, including President of The Board and President of the Advisory Board. Previously, Sinclair was a Board Member at Trevisa, S.A., and held significant positions at CFS Partners, Antfactory Latin America, Deutsche Bank/Morgan Grenfell, and Citibank/Citicorp Capital Markets. An alumnus of Harvard Business School with an MBA, Sinclair also obtained a degree in Agronomy from Escola Superior de Agricultura "Luiz de Queiroz" and attended Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa for corporate governance training.
