Oguz Bayral is currently an Engineering Team Lead at CMiC, with a background in software development and project management. Previously, Oguz worked as a Software Development Specialist at the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, where Oguz was involved in various projects such as SWIFT money transfer and Direct Money Remittance Project. Prior to that, Oguz co-founded Aviner Lighting Solutions and worked on developing smart indoor lighting optimizer systems. Oguz also has experience as an Engineering Intern at TESCOM UPS and Page Europa, where Oguz worked on projects in R&D departments. Oguz holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bilkent University and a Graduate Certificate in Mobile Applications Development from Centennial College.
