Pamela Caparel

Pamela Caparel has over 20 years of work experience in various roles relating to project and portfolio management. Pamela began their career at Aetna as a Project Manager in 1995 and subsequently held positions at CIGNA as a Senior Project Manager from 1996 to 1999, and at the State of Connecticut as a Senior Project Manager from 1999 to 2000. From 2000 to 2001, they worked at Forsurance as a Senior Project Manager. In 2001, they served as a PMO Lead at UnitedHealth Group and as a Management Consultant at CIGNA in 2002. From 2003 to 2006, they were a Program Manager at Chubb, and from 2006 to 2008, they worked as a Portfolio Manager at The Hartford. Pamela then joined OneBeacon Insurance as a Senior Strategic Development Manager from 2008 to 2012. Currently, they hold the position of VP of Operations at CMIT Solutions, Inc., a role they have been in since 2013.
