Linda Espenschied, CSSR

Linda Espenschied has over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Linda most recently worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at CMK Select, where they played a key role in delivering program and project management excellence to clients in the life sciences industry. Prior to that, Linda held positions at AETEA Information Technology, Patel Consultants Corporation, TSR Consulting Services, Inc., Computer Generated Solutions, and Modis. At these companies, they were responsible for full lifecycle recruiting, developing effective talent pipelines, and sourcing candidates for a variety of industries, including pharmaceutical, financial, entertainment, publishing, and telecommunications. Linda has a strong track record of success in sourcing and placing top talent for their clients.

Linda Espenschied, CSSR, completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a minor in Psychology at Rutgers University from 1992 to 1996. In January 2013, they also obtained the certification as a Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter 4.0 from the institution AIRS.
