Eric Seiken

Eric Seiken is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the legal and business sectors. Currently serving as General Counsel and Risk Manager at CML Security, LLC since April 2019, and as the owner of the Law Office of Eric Seiken since May 2019, Eric has demonstrated significant expertise in handling legal matters and risks. Previously, as Vice President and General Counsel at Northern Electric from March 2016 to March 2019, Eric managed legal issues and contract negotiations. Prior experience includes being a Partner and Special Counsel at Palumbo Bergstrom LLP, where Eric focused on high-volume litigation for construction-related claims, and holding partnership roles at Seiken & Atkins, APC and Thorsnes Bartolotta & McGuire. Eric holds a JD Cum Laude from California Western School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Penn State University.
