Phillip Miller

Phillip Miller is an experienced project manager with a strong background in the security and detention industries, currently serving as a Project Manager at CML Security, LLC since July 2017. Previous roles include Project Manager positions at Sierra Detention Systems and Cornerstone Detention Products, as well as an Estimator position at Cornerstone Detention Products, contributing to a broad understanding of project management within construction. Phillip also held the role of Assistant Project Manager at Humboldt State University, where responsibilities included general construction management of educational facilities. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Mathematics from Athens State University, Phillip Miller brings extensive expertise and a solid educational foundation to project management.
