Volodymyr Gubarkov

Volodymyr Gubarkov is an accomplished technology leader currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at CML Team LTD since December 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing all technological resources and developing a robust engineering team to support business growth. Prior to this role, Volodymyr held positions as a Senior Software Engineer and Tech Lead at ALICE, a global hospitality operations platform, from May 2013 to December 2017, and at Starpoint Solutions from August 2006 to December 2017, contributing to various software design and implementation projects across multiple industries. With a solid foundation in full-stack development, Volodymyr has worked on significant projects including the IBRF ProtoTracker web-based medical application and the Stalin Digital Archive for Yale University Press. Volodymyr possesses a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics and Physics from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute', earning this qualification between 2002 and 2008.
