Gabriella Amorim da Cruz

Gabriella Amorim da Cruz is an experienced hydrologist and geotechnical engineer with a robust background in dam safety and tailings management. Currently serving as a Senior Hydrologist at CMOC Brasil, Gabriella has previously held significant roles including Geotechnical Manager at Vale and Dam Safety Coordinator at Equinox Gold Corp. A Senior Geotechnical Geologist at Nexa Resources and a Geotechnical Engineer at Vale further enhance Gabriella's expertise in geotechnical engineering. Research experience includes positions at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, focusing on geostatistics and geophysics. Gabriella holds an MBA in Project Management and Agile Methodologies, a postgraduation in Geotechnical Engineering, and an MBA in Strategic People Management and Leadership, in addition to a degree in Geology.
