Caitlin Lim is a Graduate Engineer at CMP Consulting Group Pty Ltd since February 2023, bringing a diverse background in engineering and commerce. Prior experience includes roles as a Design Draftsman at Beehive Consulting Group Pty Ltd, a Sustainability Analyst at ebm-papst A&NZ, and an intern at Dynamic Pile Testing Sdn Bhd, along with a longstanding position as a Sports Referee for the Victorian Churches Football Association since February 2015. Caitlin also worked as a Tutor at Kumon Australia & New Zealand and as an Operations Team Member at Boost Juice. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering and a Bachelor of Commerce in Civil Engineering from Monash University, completed in 2022.
