Abhranil Mitra

Abhranil Mitra is currently a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Maruti Suzuki India Limited, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this role, Abhranil served as a Program Representative in Mechanical with Automotive Engineering at Vellore Institute of Technology from August 2022 to July 2025. Additionally, Abhranil contributed as a Core Committee Member for both the Society of Automotive Engineers at VIT, Vellore and the AIKYATAAN-Bengali Literary Association from March 2022 to July 2025 and January 2022 to July 2025, respectively. A brief engineering internship was completed at Hyundai Motor India Ltd. in August and September 2023, where work focused on the manufacturing and assembly of the K1.5 (TGDi) and K1 engines. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with Automotive Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology (September 2021 - August 2025) and a 10+2 qualification with a focus on Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Computer Science from Delhi Public School, Ruby Park (2006 - 2021).
