Christian Mengers García-Huidobro

Christian Mengers García-Huidobro's work experience includes serving as Chief Data Officer at CMPC since July 2022 and as Controller Celulosa from March 2019 to July 2022. Christian was also a Co-Founder at VeriRent from February 2018 to July 2022. Before that, they worked as Chief Financial Officer at Clinica Tabancura from March 2017 to January 2018 and as Vice President Corporate Finance at Empresas Red Salud S.A. from July 2016 to February 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Manager at Capital Trust from September 2013 to June 2015. Christian also held the position of Head of Finance and Administration at ME Elecmetal from August 2012 to August 2013, where they were responsible for corporate finance and business intelligence activities. Christian started their career at Hendaya, Grupo Claro, where they served as Corporate Business Development Manager from December 2010 to July 2012 and as Development Engineer from September 2008 to November 2010, working on various projects and responsibilities including M&A, financial analysis, project evaluation, and participation in innovation programs.

Christian Mengers García-Huidobro completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a major in Finance at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate studies at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile from 2002 to 2008, earning a degree in Industrial Engineering with a major in Mechanics.
