Hector Rosales Calderon

Hector Rosales Calderon has extensive experience in quality assurance and product development within the consumer goods sector. Currently serving as Jefe Aseguramiento de Calidad at CMPC since October 2015, Hector previously held various roles at Procter & Gamble from 1993 to 2015, including Lider Aseguramiento Calidad and Planificador y Desarrollo de Artes. Key achievements include the implementation of a software system ahead of schedule and leading quality audits throughout the supply chain. Hector's career began at Abastecedora del Comercio Ltda. and was supported by technical education, culminating in a Diplomado en Gestion Integrada de Calidad from Universidad de Chile.
