Bilal Ahmed

Bilal Ahmed has over 20 years of experience in supply chain and logistics management. Bilal is currently the Head of Supply Chain at CMR Surgical. Prior to this, they worked at Nexamp as the Director of Supply Chain from 2020 to 2022. From 2015 to 2020, they served as the Director of Supply Chain at Korpack. Before that, they worked at Stericycle as the Sr. Manager - Strategy and Operations from 2010 to 2015. Bilal started their career at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries as a Program Manager from 2006 to 2010. Bilal began their career at Meijer as a Logistics Manager from 2002 to 2006.

Bilal Ahmed completed their Master's degree in Supply Chain Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance, General from the University of Michigan in 2007. Bilal also holds a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Management from Michigan State University, which they obtained between 1999 and 2004. In addition to their formal education, Bilal has obtained various certifications, including Global Logistics & Materials Management from the MIT Global SCALE Network and Supply Chain Design from LLamasoft, Inc. Bilal also holds certifications in Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and Project Management Professional from different institutions.
