Rosa Cruz-Avila

Rosa Cruz-Avila is an accomplished Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in managing government projects across the United States. Currently serving at CMS Corporation since April 2019, Rosa previously held similar roles at Angels General Construction from October 2010 to April 2019. Additionally, Rosa was the President of LLMA Consulting, Inc. from September 2011 to January 2014, where services included project management and various safety trainings. Rosa is an alumna of The George Washington University School of Business.
