Phil Raymond

Phil Raymond serves as the HR Director at CMS since July 2017, following a substantial tenure at PwC UK from April 2000 to November 2016, where roles included Talent Acquisition & Global Mobility Director, HR Director for Consulting/Deals, Learning & Development Director firmwide, and various leadership positions in HR Transformation and Talent Management. Prior experience includes serving as HR Officer at Allied Steel & Wire from May 1996 to April 2000, and Administration Officer at IGDS, a training subsidiary of Liverpool University, from September 1994 to April 1996. Phil Raymond holds a Bachelor's degree in English & American Literature from Manchester University and is a member of The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
